This latest special is brewed in collaboration with our friends at Earth Ale Brewery. Rhubarb juice and elderberries provide a rosy pink hue and tangy flavour. This sour gose has been infused with locally foraged nettles and sea salt from Blackthorn Salt. Expect salty, tart, and refreshing flavours.
